Please note In order to streamline the service of the first round of drinks there is a one (1) drink per guest minimum that is in addition to the price for the bus.

Guests may purchase drinks using cash or Venmo.

There is a one (1) drink per guest minimum on ALL Land Cruises. This will be part of your quoted amount due.

You will receive one Turtle Token (redeemable for any drink you choose) per guest when you board the bus.

There are a few options for how you’d like to run your bar:

  1. Individual Pay: Everyone buys drinks individually through the bartender, just like at a regular bar, using cash or Venmo.
  2. Bus2Float Tokens: Prepaid drink tokens are available for $7.00 each to help streamline service and reduce initial wait times at the bar. Tokens can be used for any drink of your choice.
  3. After tokens are used, the bar will accept Individual Payments.
  4. Consumption Based Bar: Your bartender or driver will keep a single tab based on total drink consumption for the evening and charge the card on file at the end of the event.
  5. A 20% gratuity will automatically be added.

Group payment can be made through Venmo or credit card please let us know what works best for you.

  2. Group Pay: Payment will be processed as a single transaction using the card on file at the end of your event.

Gratuity is not included in the cost for your Bus 2 Float experience.
We strive to provide an extraordinary experience, gratuities are encouraged and welcomed, as we are a service oriented business.
The gratuity is divided among our Bus 2 Float squad.

What is a Road Float anyway?

While the Bus2Float is perfect for getting you to an event or destination, sometimes we think the best part is simply the journey! Our road float is designed for you and your friends to drive around the city, enjoying the bar, music, and views with no destination in mind!

Prefer to have two or more stops along the way? Our private charter experience is a better booking option for you.

Here is a breakdown of our time options:

  • One hour!
  • Two hours includes a restroom stop!
  • Three hours is one hour on, one hour off at a destination of your choosing, and one hour back on the bus!

How Does It Work?

  1. The Bus2Float team will pick you up at a location of your choice, including right from your front door. Your driver will contact you directly on the day of your trip to confirm details.
  2. You and your crew will hang out on the bus for as long as you request! Most of our Bus2Float riders choose a 1 or 2-hour window.
  3. We drop you off at any location of your choosing, even if it’s the same as your original pick-up location, or just the pub down the street.

Who’s Coming for the Ride?

It is important to know your group size before booking a bus so we can choose the grooviest ride for you and your crew!

The price will vary based on the number of guests, mileage, and the amount of time devoted to your event. For a quote, fill out a reservation request, and our team will get back to you shortly! No charges will be made until the day of your event.

This service is available in University of Florida, Gainesville or NE Florida at a flat rate based on group size.
